Salary: £18k – true £35k-£40k+ OTE package        Job Status: Permanent  Location: Manchester

We are looking for a Negotiator with the energy and enthusiasm as well as steely determination to succeed. You will need to hit the ground running! This role has huge opportunity with the potential for career development in a rapidly growing business with ambitious plans for the future.

No cold calling, no time waster, qualified buyer and sellers only. You will be given your own portfolio of around 50 properties to manage!

Our client is a market leading estate agency who have won “Gold Award” for customer service. Due to unparalleled success, they are looking to expand their team of Property Sales Negotiators in their Manchester office.

Having worked with this client for a number of years, we can testify that this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate.

The Role:

  • The successful candidate must be an Experienced Property Negotiator. This role involves no cold calling as all enquiries are generated through marketing. A strong, confident communicator with the ability to think on their feet and take accountability for results is key.
  • The successful candidate must be a strategic thinker and able to work under pressure, in a target driven environment. This role is perfect for a current Negotiator who is looking to have an improved work/life balance and not have to attend site visits as this is purely an office and phone based role.
  • The Successful candidate will work in a friendly, team environment with strong company core values that focus on an ethical approach and operating with honesty and integrity.
  • The role will predominately be selling properties and spending your large commission payments with a realistic OTE in excess of £35,000 to £40,000 per annum with top consultants earn significantly more than this, it’s an exciting and varied role, and one that affords plenty of opportunity for growth.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm PLUS every other Saturday 9:00am to 3:00pm
