Charles Frances Recruitment are currently recruiting for a market leading estate agency who have won “Gold Award” for customer service. Due to unparalleled success, they are looking to expand their team of Property Sales Consultant in their Manchester office.

The Opportunity:

  • This is a great opportunity here as there is a lot of growth within the role, you may have over a year’s experience selling on the phone B2C, maybe you have hit your ceiling where you are – But here all the managers (bar-1) within this client’s business were all internally grown!

The Role:

  • You will be the forefront of my client’s business making appointments for the Valuer’s on the road to meet with Home-owners wanting to sell their property quickly –therefore your commission is paid quicker!
  • Working directly with UK based vendors, you will be qualifying inbound and outbound enquiries. You will be growing a property portfolio, using a consultative approach of your selling skills.
  • You will be fact finding from each call to find the reasons for the house sale, the equity in the house and any further information. From these enquiries, you will be converting into appointments where you will work as a team and ensure that the appointment runs smoothly for the Regional Valuer by gathering as much information as you can.

The Real Sales:

  • The real sales aspect to the role comes in on the follow ups.
  • You will be managing a portfolio of unsuccessful appointments where you will be expected to maintain a strong relationship with your vendors, overcome objections and close post appointment.= COMMISSION FOR YOU!

The Reward:

  • Basic Salary of £16,000 to £18,000
  • Truly Open-ended Commission realistic £35,000+(£100-£450 per completion) PLUS Extra Mini Commissions £200+
